The New Year’s Eve package, available from €825 per couple, includes:

• 1 night of accommodation

• Welcome drink upon arrival (7:30 PM)

• New Year's Eve Dinner at the Event Center (dress code: dark suit)

• Entertainment with a live band performance

• Late night: DJ and Open Bar until 3:30 AM

• New Year's Supper (1:30 AM to 2:30 AM)

• Buffet Breakfast (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM)

• New Year's Brunch (11:00 AM – 2:30 PM) 

Important:Please note that seating is assigned by the Hotel based on availability and may include shared tables.
Children under 13 years old are not permitted in the Event Center.

We’ve also prepared a special, exclusive party for children aged 5 to 12. The Koala Kids Club New Year’s Eve Grand Gala, available for €105 per child, includes:

• New Year’s Eve dinner, including drinks
• Entertainment with our Animation Team, featuring Juice Cocktail Workshops, Treasure Hunt, and Mini-disco from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. in a private space with professional supervision
• New Year’s Brunch

Special conditions for children up to 12 years old:

• Free accommodation for up to 1 child per room, subject to room capacity, when accompanied by 2 paying adults (only on bed & breakfast basis)
• Children under 5 years old will only be admitted to the Koala Kids Club New Year’s Eve Gala if accompanied by a babysitter

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Deposit: A advance deposit of 50% of the total New Year's Eve Program amount will be charged to confirm the reservation.
  
  
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  
  
• Cancellations:
• Up to 15 days before arrival: Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  
  
• Availability: Reservations are subject to room availability; advance confirmation is recommended to secure your place.
  
  
• Policy Changes: The hotel reserves the right to review the New Year's Eve program rates and booking conditions without prior notice.
  
  
• Taxes: All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.
